How to: Butterfly a Backstrap Part II


Processing any kind of game is just that - a process.
If you tuned in for part I, you had it kind of easy – it featured tasteful photography of me going through the butterflying process.
1.    And it involved no hunks of raw meat or the blood (and whatever else) that comes with it.

2.    Today’s video is going to be a liiitttllleee… different.





I have some venison I’ve thawed, and that piece of meat, as well as any blood that might come with it, is going to be the star of this post. Enjoy, y'all.
